The Ari Joshua Quartet has released a new single called “Audio Bicycle Day” (ABD), and it’s getting a lot of attention. Fans of the band eagerly awaited this release, and Apple Music and Spotify have already streamed it over 250,000 times. The band is known for their funky and soulful sound, and their previous hits like “Rare Groove”, “Soulmine”, and “Fresh” have made them famous in the modern funk and soul music scene. Laurel Canyon-based artist Ari Joshua aims to release 24 new songs in 2024. His latest release, “Audio Bicycle Day”, is integral to this plan. After the success of his previous songs like “Tagine” and “One Dub”, which featured other talented musicians, Ari Joshua is now focusing on creating music in the organ funk genre. He wants to keep exploring and growing this style with each new song he releases.
“Audio Bicycle Day” is a song by a talented group of musicians, Ari Joshua on guitar, Delvon Lamarr on organ, Skerik on saxophone, and Grant Schroff on drums. This marks the song’s third release, having previously featured vocals on the RAAR EP and strings added by The Suncatchers. “Audio Bicycle Day” is a song that combines excellent bass sounds, complicated guitar playing, and beautiful saxophone melodies. Jason Gray mixed the song, and Doug Krebs mastered it, creating a unique sound that blends classic and modern elements. The eye-catching artwork by Deep Groove Designs perfectly captures the mood and feeling of the song.
